Living Fearless Is Being You: Celebrating pride with communities across the Pacific Northwest

In Washington, Utah, Oregon and Idaho, Regence employees joined their communities to celebrate diversity, inclusion and respect for one another during National Pride Month (June). Events took place from Seattle to Salt Lake City, with additional celebrations planned for early July.

This year’s Regence theme was “Living Fearless Is Being You,” in recognition of the courage it takes to be your authentic self and to stand up for others from all walks of life. Included below are a few of our favorite photo highlights.

A huge thank you to the record number of Regence employees, as well as friends and family members, who came out to show support and Live Fearless. We look forward to seeing even more participation in 2020 and beyond.

No Regence pride celebration would be possible without our P.R.I.D.E. employee resource group (Professionals Respecting Individuality, Diversity & Inclusion). This incredible team of volunteers continues to grow in size and impact, with more than 200 members identifying as LGBTQIA+ or allies.
