Regence introduces iPhone app for on-the-go access
In an effort to increase convenience for members, Regence recently launched a new iPhone app to give members access to their health information anywhere, anytime.
The iOS app is available for download through the Apple App Store, and allows Regence members to:
- Contact customer service through secure messages, Live Chat, or call within one tap
- Access key health and account information, including member ID cards securely
- Check the status of claims and view benefits and coverage information including copays, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums
- Find a doctor through the provider search tool, as well as verify providers and facilities are in network
For increased security, members who have an iPhone model equipped with touch-ID can effortlessly sign in using their fingerprint, without the need to remember usernames or passwords.
For those without an iPhone, we have also optimized the Regence website for seamless mobile web browsing, and plan to release a Regence app for Android in early 2017.
