The KGW Toy Drive 2016: The magic of giving
There’s no better way to spread holiday cheer than giving back to your community, both during the holiday season and year round. Regence believes in giving back and making our communities stronger.
In Oregon, the KGW Great Toy Drive is one of our favorite ways to give back to the communities we serve. Each year that we participate in the Toy Drive, more and more families are able to experience the joy of the holidays. This year marks Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon’s 14th year supporting the drive, which donates toys to local kids and benefits 136 local organizations.
The Toy Drive is now underway and runs through December 19, 2016. Donating a toy is a simple and rewarding way to make this holiday special for a child in need. It’s easy to donate—hundreds of businesses throughout the Portland metro area are collecting toys. Chances are that a local business in your neighborhood is participating in this year’s Toy Drive. Check out the list of all of our collection centers to find a location near you.
