Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon today announced a partnership with Providence Health & Services and the Portland Coordinated Care Association (PCCA) as part of its Medicare HMO network. Regence’s BlueAdvantage HMO network includes physicians from The Portland Clinic, as well as other PCCA partners such as South Tabor Family Physicians, Westside Internal Medicine and Davies Clinic.

This partnership will promote primary care physician relationships with Regence Medicare members in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties with the goal of creating better health outcomes and lowering the total cost of care. If needed, members may access receive inpatient and outpatient hospital care at Providence.
