IMPORTANT: Salem Health’s hospitals remain available to Regence members at in-network benefits for emergency care. Care for an emergency medical condition will always be covered, though your out-of-pocket costs will vary depending on your health plan benefits. This is a right protected by the federal No Surprises Act.

Finding in-network care in Marion and Polk counties:

  • Call us at the number on the back of your member ID card and we can help you find in-network care. Our customer service representatives are available to help you from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. We have a dedicated line for members impacted by the Salem Health termination.
  • Sign in at regence.com or use the Regence app and select “Find Care” to locate in-network providers.
  • We are in touch with in-network providers in the area and are confirming appointment availability.

For Regence members with a Supplemental Medicare (Medigap) Plan:

The network termination with Salem Health does not impact Supplemental Medicare (Medigap). If Salem Health cancelled your appointment or refuses to schedule you, call us.
