Regence’s customer service team is at the heart of our organization and our commitment to serving our members and their families. Our customer service professionals go above and beyond to ensure that every interaction is a positive experience. Recently, several members of our team were recognized by SQM’s Call Center Customer Service Industry Awards and we couldn't be prouder!

SQM’s awards are considered the most prestigious and sought-after in the North American contact center industry and recognize organizations that have demonstrated excellence. On an annual basis, SQM benchmarks over 500 leading North American call centers annually. Award finalists were at a gala dinner at the SQM Call Center Industry CX Conference on May 22 and 23, 2024, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

A whopping seven customer service professionals from Regence were recognized as finalists for “Agent of the Year” by SQM. To be eligible, agents must have 85% or more of their calls being resolved and the customer rating their experience overall as very satisfied. Call center management must also send an example of a great customer service story that the agent delivered.
