Today’s record low unemployment levels put additional importance on the role that benefits play in attracting and retaining top talent. As the state’s largest health insurer, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon data can offer valuable insights and points of comparison for employers and producers as they plan for 2020 and beyond.

The report uses visualizations like the above to illustrate data trends.

Regence recently compiled its employer benefits data for the first time in a new report, comparing key data points between 2015 and 2019 in categories such as deductibles, co-pays and HSA (health savings account) adoption. You can read more about these health benefits trends in the latest Portland Business Journal.
