If you’re a Regence Medicare Advantage plan member, your health plan benefits include preventive services at zero-cost to keep you living your healthiest life. You can even earn Healthy Rewards dollars for some services. Read on to learn more:

If you haven’t already, contact your primary care provider to schedule an annual wellness visit, which is important to assess your health and make a plan to prevent future illness. If you don’t have a primary care provider or if you can’t get an appointment before 2024, you can contact our partner, Signify Health, to schedule an in-home health evaluation and wellness visit at schedule.signifyhealth.com or by calling (877) 764-0833, Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. You can also call us using the number on your member ID card — we can help.
Flu season is here and now is a good time to get your flu vaccination. You can also get your COVID-19 and pneumonia vaccinations at the same time from an in-network pharmacy under your plan with no out of pocket cost. Other vaccines, like the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine and shingles vaccine, will be covered under your prescription drug plan (which may be included with your Medicare Advantage plan). Deductibles, copays and coinsurance may apply. Contact your pharmacy or doctor to schedule your vaccinations.
