Regence BlueShield names Brett Oaks as senior business development executive
Regence BlueShield welcomes Brett Oaks as senior business development executive for large groups. Oaks will help manage new business opportunities among fully insured and self-funded employers with 100 to 2,500 employees.
Oaks brings nearly two decades of health care experience to the Washington sales team. In his most recent role with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming, he managed large group, fully insured, ASO and level-funded opportunities.
“Brett’s ability to build and develop trusted relationships will be an advantage for Washington’s broker community,” said Tracy Olsen, director of sales for Regence BlueShield. “He’ll help Regence deliver innovative health care solutions to Washington employers and their employees.”
Oaks earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona and a Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law.
