Regence BlueShield welcomes Bryan Marsh as director of account management for large employer groups. In his new role, Marsh takes a key leadership role in management of fully insured and self-funded clients in the 100-plus market segment.
Marsh comes to Regence with more than two decades of experience in account management in the Washington market, on both the carrier and broker sides. This includes 10 years in previous sales and account management roles at Regence BlueShield. More recently, he managed large and national accounts at Delta Dental of Washington.
“Bryan is an incredibly talented leader who I am thrilled to have back at Regence,” said Claire Verity, president of Regence BlueShield. “He has such strong, authentic relationships here in Washington that will complement our industry-leading service to the state’s large employers.”
“My previous years at Regence were so rewarding in navigating how to meet the complex needs of both employers and brokers,” Marsh said. “I’m able to embark on my new role leading account management with a lot of momentum because of the dynamic and varied experience I’ve gained along the way.”
Marsh is a Washington native and lives in Seattle with his wife and two children. He received a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington.
