BOISE, ID – Craig Belcher has joined Regence as Director of Network Management. In this role, he will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-state network strategy, promoting innovative provider reimbursement methodologies, and building relationships with key providers.

Craig has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, where he most recently led the reimbursement and managed care teams at Surgical Care Affiliates for Idaho, as well as Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii. Previously, he served Blue Cross of Idaho in various leadership roles in provider contracting, decision support services and data analysis. He also spent several years with Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise with the provider support and business planning teams.
 
Craig holds an MBA from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from the University of Montana. He is also a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School in Wyoming.
