Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon has named Tracy Olsen as its new director of sales. In this key leadership role, Olsen will oversee all new commercial sales and provide strategic direction for members of the Oregon sales team.

In his more than 10 years at Regence, Olsen has gained broad experience and expertise in both sales and employee benefits development and design. He has established himself in the Oregon marketplace as a trusted advisor to employer groups and members. Prior to Regence, Olsen worked as a health insurance producer and helped employers navigate the employee benefit process.

Olsen is a lifelong Oregonian, who holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon. He currently serves as treasurer for the board of directors for Face-to-Face Portland, a nonprofit that helps connect police to the community and community to the police.
