Regence BlueShield is announcing three new leadership roles as part of an aggressive strategy to maximize growth opportunities across all market segments and ensure best-in-class service to members.

The new roles, effective April 1:

  • Stacy Crim will be vice president of small business for sales and account management. Crim has served as director of sales and account management, 51-99 segment, since January 2019. In her new role, Crim will continue Regence’s strong leadership in the small and midmarket group segments.
  • Jae Suzuki will be vice president of large group for sales and account management. Suzuki has served as director of sales, with a focus on large group, since December 2018. Suzuki will continue to drive positive business change in Regence’s value proposition to large employers.
  • Peter McClung will continue to serve as vice president of sales with primary responsibilities for self-funded groups and national account strategy. McClung has served as vice president of sales since October 2018, overseeing total group enrollment growth of 28% in that period.

Crim has worked in account management and strategic planning in the health care industry for 22 years and has lived in Washington for nearly two decades. She holds a master’s degree of health administration from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University.

Suzuki has served nearly 20 years in health care sales, underwriting and marketing, and as a Washington resident. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management.

McClung’s career over more than 30 years in health care includes senior leadership positions in sales, care management, marketing and operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ambassador University.
