Regence BlueShield is thrilled to welcome Patrik Parsons as senior business development executive for the national account market segment. In his new role, Parsons will drive new business opportunities with employers that have 2,500 or more employees.

Parsons comes to Regence with deep experience working closely with insurance brokers, human-resources teams and large employers on innovative health and benefits solutions. His most recent role was at Level Benefits, where he was director of enterprise accounts serving large clients. He also worked with Amazon, Starbucks, Nike and other large employers on their child and elder care benefit strategies as director of strategic accounts for Care.com.

“Patrik’s expertise and established relationships make him uniquely positioned to grow our national account segment,” said Claire Verity, president of Regence BlueShield. “He is attuned to the needs of large employers and will help deliver Regence’s comprehensive care solutions to our state’s leading companies.”

Parsons lives with his wife and three children in Lake Forest Park. He is a Washington native and it’s where he has served most of his career. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwest University in Kirkland.
