Regence and Signify Health have entered into a new partnership with Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery, one of the region’s largest independent orthopedic and neurosurgery practices, aimed at establishing new standards for high-quality, cost-effective care for patients across Washington and Oregon.
Through the Regence Episodes of Care (EoC) program, managed by Signify Health, Rebound will provide holistic care to optimize patient outcomes at a competitive fixed price for patients’ entire health episodes - from evaluation to recovery - for several common procedures. With more than 35 physicians and nine locations across Portland, Vancouver and Lake Oswego, Rebound will lead this effort in providing Regence health plan members – including fully insured, ASO, and Medicare Advantage members – comprehensive pricing for orthopedic and neurological episodes, including hip replacement & revision, knee replacement & revision, knee arthroscopy, shoulder replacement, lumbar laminectomy, and lumbar spine fusion.
