Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0 pairs a high-deductible plan with a health savings account (HSA). Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0 builds on the same high quality product, with an expanded set of health care services and tools that empower a member to make important health care decisions that are right for them. Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0 combines a comprehensive medical plan and a tax-free savings account. The medical plan provides benefits for covered services, while the HSA helps pay for out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, coinsurance and other qualified medical expenses. This includes some things that may not be covered by many medical plans, such as alternative care, dental care, and vision services.
