Regence BlueShield welcomes John Partin as Vice President

Regence BlueShield announced today that John Partin will join the company as Vice President of Network Management for the state of Washington. In this role, Partin will lead network and provider strategy, and the development of collaborative provider relationships. Partin will work closely with Don Antonucci, president of Regence BlueShield as a member of the Washington team.
