EvergreenHealth negotiations

We are pleased to announce that EvergreenHealth providers, facilities and clinics remain in network for Regence members, with no disruption in care. This means Regence members may continue to access care from EvergreenHealth using in-network benefits.

Our two organizations worked collaboratively to maintain access to high-quality, cost-effective care for our members.

For members who have Individual health plans that are purchased through the Marketplace, or directly, EvergreenHealth will remain in-network through the end of 2025 but will go out-of-network on Jan. 1, 2026. These plans will have access to the Providence Swedish health system in the Puget Sound region, as well as many other clinics going forward. For all other Regence health plans, including Medicare and commercial health plans that people access through their employers, EvergreenHealth will remain in-network in 2026.
