Important update on our contract with MultiCare in Grays Harbor, Thurston and Yakima counties, Washington
We are pleased to report that MultiCare is again in network for Regence health plan members in Grays Harbor, Thurston and Yakima counties. All MultiCare facilities and providers are in network for Regence members.
Regence and MultiCare came to an agreement that prioritizes the health of our community while remaining economically sustainable. Our teams engaged in difficult conversations throughout this negotiation to regain and maintain access to cost-effective care for our members with MultiCare providers.
We recognize the disruption caused by the termination and thank you for your patience throughout this process as we continue to advocate for affordable access to healthcare.
If you received care from MultiCare during the time when they were not in our network, those claims will be processed as in network.
