Legacy Health negotiations

We are pleased to report that Legacy is again in network for Regence health plan members.

In a spirit of partnership, Regence and Legacy Health forged an agreement that prioritizes the health of our community while remaining economically sustainable. Together, we are committed to doing what is right today and building a strong foundation for continued collaboration that will benefit our members in Portland and Southwest Washington for years to come. Our teams worked tirelessly and engaged in difficult conversations throughout this negotiation to regain access to cost-effective care for our members with Legacy Health providers.

We recognize the disruption caused by the termination and thank you for your patience throughout this process as we continue to advocate for affordable access to healthcare.

If you received care from Legacy Health during the time when they were not in our network, those claims will be processed as in network.
