Multi-year OHSU agreement reached for employer group members

After a year of challenging negotiations with OHSU, we have reached a new agreement that returns OHSU to the Regence network for members with employer-sponsored health plans.

It is important to note that OHSU will remain out of network for our Medicare Advantage and Individual (on and off exchange) plan members. That means OHSU will not be in Regence’s Medicare Advantage or Individual plan networks in 2027. This does not affect Regence Medicare Supplement plans.

The continuation-of-services agreement has allowed members to maintain in-network access to OHSU providers and facilities while OHSU has been out of network in 2026, and it remains in effect through the end of 2026.

Access to reliable, high-quality care at fair prices is essential to the health of our members and communities, and it remained our focus throughout negotiations with OHSU. We know provider network changes can be concerning, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we worked with OHSU leaders toward our shared goal of restoring in-network access to high-quality, cost-effective care.
