Everyone deserves to live life to the fullest. Taking care of your mental and emotional health are important to maximizing your quality of life. But with skyrocketing demand for behavioral health support, finding a behavioral health provider can be a challenge. That’s why we are expanding our provider network to include more virtual therapy options.

AbleTo Therapy+ joined Regence network Nov. 1

Starting Nov. 1, 2022, most Regence members* age 18 and older will have access to AbleTo Therapy+, a virtual therapy provider. AbleTo Therapy+ offers an evidence-based program to help manage depression, stress, anxiety and more by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Psychology Today describes CBT as a form of psychotherapy that focuses on modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts by interrogating and uprooting negative or irrational beliefs. Considered a "solutions-oriented" form of talk therapy, CBT rests on the idea that thoughts and perceptions influence behavior.

AbleTo Therapy+ offers a unique, eight-week series of one-on-one therapy sessions with a licensed therapist by phone or video, supplemented by digital tools for support between sessions, all designed to teach skills to feel better and live better. People who’ve used AbleTo’s services have reported clinically significant declines in depression, anxiety and stress.
