Getting mental health care is easier with Regence

Finding the right behavioral health care can be challenging. Our team can help connect you with the right providers—often with just one call.

How Regence helps members connect with care
“We understand that finding the right behavioral health care can feel overwhelming,” says Andree Miceli, clinical director for behavioral health. “Our team of customer service professionals and clinical care managers can help members find the care that fits their needs and benefit coverage.”

The dedicated team helps members:

  • Understand their behavioral health benefits
  • Find in-network providers that match their specific needs
  • Connect with virtual care providers for faster access or specialized care
  • Navigate available support services

Regence is committed to improving access to care
According to Mental Health America's 2024 State of Mental Health in America report, 23% of adults experienced a mental health condition in the past year—equivalent to nearly 60 million Americans. The same report revealed a significant provider shortage, with approximately 340 people for every one mental health provider nationwide.

“This makes our commitment to improving access particularly important,” says Miceli. “We've expanded our provider network—adding 7,000 behavioral health providers last year alone—and partnered with virtual care providers to improve timely access despite nationwide provider shortages.”

Get the mental health support you need, when you need it
If you or your loved one needs emotional support or mental health care, we can help you find the behavioral health care option that fits your needs.
