Regence’s corporate foundation invested nearly $6.4 million to support community partners in 2025
In 2025, Cambia Health Foundation, Regence’s philanthropic arm, invested in communities across Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington — and our employees showed up right alongside them.
The Foundation’s newly released 2025 Community Impact Report highlights the $6.4 million in philanthropic investments through grants, employee giving and matching contributions. Their strategic investments aim to expand access to integrated behavioral health services and bridge the gap between medical care and social support to create pathways for better outcomes.
While the funding tells an important story, many community partners rely on something just as essential: people. The report shines a light on Regence employees across our four states who volunteered an all-time high of 18,058 hours in 2025 — a powerful testament to the personal commitment they bring to their neighborhoods and communities.
This year's report builds on the Foundation's commitment to a community-focused, localized approach — offering state-specific snapshots for Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington that reflect the unique needs and priorities of each region.
Since its founding in 2007, Cambia Health Foundation has invested over $143 million in grants to advance patient and family-centered care. That track record reflects something bigger than funding — it reflects a sustained commitment to showing up for communities, year after year, and we’re proud to be part of that legacy.
