BOISE, Idaho – Regence BlueShield of Idaho is pleased to announce Trish Quarles as its new Vice President of Sales, effective March 6. As vice president, Quarles will lead a high-performing team focused on business development, customer retention through relentless focus on specific organizational needs, exceptional service and the timely introduction of novel health care solutions.

Through her career, she’s developed broad and deep expertise in all aspects of sales, plan development, delivery, evaluation and client retention. Prior to her time with Regence, Quarles served in an executive capacity with regional consulting firm where she designed benefits programs for large group clients, developed a specialized self-funding unit at the company, and drove increased engagement and satisfaction by educating existing clients on additional services and products such as ancillary benefits, worksite wellness programs and benefit administration systems. 

Quarles, who studied business management at University of Idaho and obtained her pharmacy benefits specialist certification from University of Kentucky, also serves on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho.
